ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research are 1. To study Buddhism learning and teaching administration in Wat Daokhanong Secondary School, 2. To study the problems and the obstacles in Buddhism learning and teaching administration in Wat Daokhanong Secondary School, and 3. To study the way of managing the Buddhism learning and teaching administration in Wat Daokhanong Secondary School Thonburi District, Bangkok. There were 260 students in the sampling groups. The questionaires were used to collect data for statistical analysis such as the percentage, The average and the standard deviation.
The finding found that:
1. Buddhism learning and teaching administration in Wat Daokhanong Secondary School Thonburi District, Bangkok, as a whole are at the high level. When it is considered side by side it is found that every side is of the level of learning and teaching at the high level, but on the side of measurement of the result of learning at the lower level, it is the process of learning and the media of learning. The lowest average of the process of learning is the learning activity.
2. From the problems and the obstacles in Buddhism learning and teaching administration in Wat Daokhanong Secondary School Thonburi District, Bangkok, it is found that on the side of learning and knowing, the learning know a little, because they used the method of teaching without the systems, and the process of learning is without motivation. In the matter of the technological media, the technological media are brought to be used. The learning activities are the activities to Support the students learning and knowing at the lower state. Mostly, the process of learning is only in the classrooms. The measurement and the evaluation of the result of learning emphasize only some parts of the essence of the subjects. The test of the essence of the subject is very difficult.
3. From the ways to Buddhism learning and teaching administration in Wat Daokhanong Secondary School Thonburi District, Bangkok, it is found that in the process of learning and knowing, the teachers must be interested more in teaching and should manage the process of teaching and learning more interestingly training. The teachers do not bring the up-date media of learning are teaching to teach in the classes. The activities of learning and knowing should support the students activities more and more. In the matter of the evaluation of the result of learning and knowing, there should be the result of measurement and evaluation to cover the essence of the subjects and should the examination support suitable for the students’ knowledge. |
