Abstract

 

Abstract

                      The Objectives of this research are : 1. To Study The Leadership of Administrators According to The Principles of   The  Four Brahmavihara in Secondary Schools Talingchan District Bangkok. 2. To Compare the Leadership of Administrators According to The Principles of The Four Brahmavihara in Secondary Schools Talingchan District Bangkok. 3. To study the suggestion of The Leadership of Administrators According to The Principles of The Four Brahmavihara in Secondary Schools Talingchan District Bangkok. The samples consisted of 165 teachers of Secondary Schools Talingchan District Bangkok.  The tools of research were the constructed questionnaires and used for data collection. The collected data were analyzed by means of percentage and standard deviation t-test and One–Way ANOVA Analysis of Variance was used to test the significant differences at 0.05 level.

                      The Result of Research were as follows:   

                      1. A Study the Leadership of Administrators According to The Principles of   The Four Brahmavihara in Secondary Schools Talingchan District Bangkok in general was found high level.  When considered by each aspect, it was rated at the high level in all aspects ranking from the most to the least in terms of compassion, sympathetic joy, equanimity and loving kindness.

 

 

                      2. The Comparison of the Leadership of Administrators According to the Principles of   the  Four Brahmavihara in Secondary Schools Talingchan District Bangkok. by their personal factors according to the opinions of teachers, it was found that 

Teachers of different age and educational Experience, were not significantly different in their opinions towards The Leadership of Administrators According to The Principles of   The  Four Brahmavihara in Secondary Schools Talingchan District Bangkok, at 0.05 level and thus rejecting the proposed hypothesis.

Teachers of different sexes and experiences it was found that were significantly different in their opinions towards The Leadership of Administrators According to The Principles of   The  Four Brahmavihara in Secondary Schools Talingchan District Bangkok, at 0.05 level . Which accepted the proposed hypothesis.

                      3.  Recommendations for towards The Leadership of Administrators According to The Principles of   The  Four Brahmavihara in Secondary Schools Talingchan District Bangkok.  Were suggested that Loving kindness Administrators should make love. Best wishes to the participants fully. Should be devoted to schools a lot.

                       Compassion administrators should advise when the administrators should support suffering colleagues with a willingness and capacity to help.  Sympathetic Joy administrators should support and encourage morale. And sincere congratulations. May be made verbally or appreciation in other ways as appropriate and in accordance with a reasonable opportunity,.  Equanimity administrators should the administration of justice in every aspect. Emphasis on honesty, accountability and duties of the regulation.
