ABSTRACT
The Purposes of this Research were 1) to study factors affair admimistration in Pomnakarachsawatyanon school in Samutprakan Educational area Office 1. And 2) to study the effectiveness affair admimistration in Pomnakarachsawatyanon School in Samutprakan educational area office 1.
The research was conducted by using the method of survey research. The research was comprised of 5 administrators, 87 teachers, 12 other educational personals, 11 members of school committee and 50 guardians, the total number was 165,165 questionnaires were used to obtain data from sampled population. The research instrument was questionnaire consisting of checklist and 3 level rating scale designed by the researcher. The statistics used in analyzing the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results of the research showed that
The results of the research showed that in overall and almost every aspect. 5 factors of academic affair administration were rated at a moderate level, except general condition of school and teachers were rate at a high level. When considering in each particular aspect, it was found that general condition of school, preparedness of school, school administration structure designed to let everyone take responsibility were rated at a high level. Arrangement of learning resources for promoting academic affair administration, arrangement of materials, establishment of policy for developing academic affair and establishment of regulation and academic affair Manual were rated at a high level, but other aspects were rated at a moderate level.
When considering administrations, administration vision and sacrifice dedicated for developing academic affair were rate at a high level. When considering teachers, in overall and almost every aspect, they were rated at a high level. When considering community, giving nearby schools a chance to receive school’s academic services was rated at a high level. When considering resources, every aspect was rated at a moderate level.
For effectiveness of academic affair administration, it was found that in overall and almost every aspect, they were rated at a moderate level, except curriculum management and teaching management consisding of target achiement, monitoring, performance evaluation, systematic and continuous improvement and development were rated at a high level. The possible reason was that every aspect of academic affair administration was implemented ranging from academic affair planning, curriculum management, learning and teaching management, educational supervision, systematic evaluation and continuous development, especially curriculum management and learning and teaching management consisting of target achievement, monitoring, performance evaluation, systematic and continuous improvement and
development, moreover, every school personnel participated in establishment of learning and teaching activities and followed the same guideline throughout the academic year. |
