ABSTRACT
This Thesis aims for studying relation between behavior of teacher’s instruction and achievements of Dhamma education management of schools in Bangkokyai district, Bangkok
Sample Group used in this research consists of 14 schools , administrators, 94 instructors and students, research tools are questionnaires with 5 average level, statistic used in the analysis of data i.e. frequency, percentage, standard aviation and coherent achievement person (r)
From this research it was found that achievements of Dhamma education management of schools as a whole is in excellent level from top to down i.e. practical aspect, religious persons, Buddhist establishment, religion function and propagation of Buddhism are in top level.
Relation between behavior of teacher’s instruction and achievements of Dhamma education management of schools in Bangkokyai district, Bangkok are in positive and medium level equal to coherent achievement worth .67 implying statistically (p<.01) . Considering each aspect, it was found that top aspect of relation and achievement of Dhamma education is about instruction equal to coherent achievement worth .64 implying statistically (p<.01) . Next is preparation for instruction and measurement and assessment equal to coherent achievement worth .59 implying statistically (p<.01). Behavior of Teacher’s instruction totally, is at top level from top to low level i.e. preparation for instruction, measurement and assessment and instruction in top level. |
