Abstract
The objective of this research were 1) to study the satisfaction towards the Moral Teaching’s Monks in Secondary Schools Muang District Chachoengsao Province, 2) to compare the satisfaction towards the Moral Teaching’s Monks in Secondary Schools Muang District Chachoengsao Province, 3) to Study Problems and Suggestions on the Satisfaction Study towards the Moral Teaching’s Monks in Secondary Schools Muang District Chachoengsao Province. This research was conducted through questionnaires as the research instrument for collecting data, Is collected from a sample group of 327 of high school students, The data was analyzed through Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. The variables used in this research were t-test and f-test (One way ANOVA).
The research revealed that
1. The level of students’ satisfaction towards ethics teaching in secondary schools, Muang District, Chachoengsao Province. It was found that the overall of students’ satisfaction towards monk teachers was in the high level. The factors of students’ satisfaction were consecutively appeared: teachers’ personality, teaching activities, Measurement and evaluation, teaching aid, content regulation, and teaching method.
2. Classified by gender, age, and class, comparison of hypothesis regarding students’ satisfaction towards monk teachers of ethic in high school in Muang District, Chachoengsao Province showed that the students’ satisfaction was the same. According to the analysis of various variables, it was found that teachers’ personality and assessment and evaluation were significantly different at 0.05. For content regulation, teaching method, teaching aid and teaching activity, the students’ satisfaction was not different.
3. The researcher analyzed students’ satisfaction towards monk teachers of ethics in the high School, Muang District, Chachoengsao Province in six domains through Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. It was found that the students’ satisfaction was in the high level in both overall and individual. Therefore, the researcher regarded as good and pleasant outcome. Moreover, there were some students who gave suggestion regarding problems, obstacles and solutions. They are as follows;
1) Problems and obstacles: Biased treatment to students, excessive familiarity to students, unreliable personality, lack of teaching readiness, lack of acquaintance with students, appropriate teaching of overwhelming contents, unsuitability of time, lack of teaching aid, lack of teaching skill and activities.
2) The guideline solutions were as follows: Impartiality to their students, appropriate acquaintance, all time-learning, reliability, Good preparation before teaching, being close to students, suitable covered and clear teaching of contents, response of students’ need, update contents, preparation of good teaching aids, teaching application for good understanding, pleasant class atmosphere, various activities. |
