ABSTRACT

                        Thesis title is the educational academic affair administration accordance with a Ariyasacca IV in primary school mueng supanburi district supanburi province 1) The purpose of this research was educational administration by Ariyasacca IV at elementary school, 2) Compare educational administration by Ariyasacca IV at elementary school, by fundamentals, 3) study way of develop the staff of educational administration by Ariyasacca IV at elementary school by way of the research with  a sample of executives and teachers 160 persons . The collected data were analyzed by means of percentage and standard deviation and One-way Analysis of Variance was used to test the significant differences at. 0.05 level.

                        The research findings were as follows:

                        1. Most respondents were female 75.6 percent, the respondents were over 46 years old of 61.3 percent, a bachelor degree had 70.6 percent, 6-10 years of experience had 85.6 percent.

                        2. Opinion of executives and teachers about educational administration by Ariyasacca IV at elementary school Mueng district In Supanburi province. Over all image, average mean is much level every skill for example : administration course, education convey, librarian, evaluation in order

                        The comparison opinion of executives and teachers are the same opinion.

                        The problem in this course lack of good planning, lack of using skill up-to-date convey, library lack of computers for searching information, lack of clearly evaluation.

                        The way of administration education in this course, should decide, plan and arrange seminars for teachers to convey up-to-date skills.
