ABSTRACT
The study entitled ‘The Behavior of Human Relations of Administrators in
Suppurisadharm Seven in the View of Teachers and Educational Personnel under Bang Khorlaem District of Bangkok’ is a survey research with the following objectives 1) to study Administrators’ behavior of Human Relations in Suppurisadharm Seven in the view of teachers and Educational personnel under Bang Kholaem District of Bangkok; and 2) to compare The Administrators’ behavior of Human Relations in Suppurisadharm Seven in the view of teachers and Educational personnel under Bang Kholaem District of Bangkok classified to sex, age, experience and status. The sample of the study consists of 191 teachers and Educational personnel in 7 schools under Bang Kholaem District of Bangkok based on the ready-made table of sample-size calculation of R.V.Krejecie and D.W. Morgan. Statistics used for the data analysis includes Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation, t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance: F-test based on the ready-made computer programme.
The results of the study are as follows:
1. From the result of the data analysis of the view of teachers and Educational personnel under Bang Khorlaem District of Bangkok on the Administrators’ behavior of Human Relations in Suppurisadharm Seven in general it was found to be high, while individually considering it was found to be high in six aspects i.e., 1) knowing the individual 2) knowing the society 3) knowing oneself 4) knowing how to be temperate 5) knowing the meaning and 6) knowing the proper time respectively; and to be moderate i.e., knowing the law.
2. From the result of the comparative analysis of the view of teachers and Educational personnel under Bang Khorlaem District of Bangkok on the administrators’ behavior of Human Relations in Suppurisadharm Seven classified according to age, education, position and work experience through One – Way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA it was found that teachers and Educational personnel under Bang Khorlaem District of Bangkok with different age, education, position and work experience had no different view upon the administrators’ behavior of Human Relations in Suppurisadharm Seven.
