Abstract
This research is of three objectives : to study the educational administration according to governance by the administrators at the secondary schools, Talingchan District, Bangkok, to comparatively study the educational administration according to governance by the administrators at the secondary schools, Talingchan District, Bangkok and to study the way of educational administration according to governance by the administrators at the secondary schools, Talingchan District, Bangkok. The exemplary group used in this research consists of 165 teachers. The instrument used in this research is the questionnaire. The statistics used in this research are the frequency, the percentage, the average, the deviation, the t-test and the one way Anova.
From the research, it is found that
1. The educational administration according to governance by the administrators at the secondary schools, Talingchan District, Bangkok is generally at the high level. When the mentioned statistics are arranged from the high level to the low one according to the average, it is found that there are altogether 6 sides, namely the side of responsibility, the side of virtues, the side of co-operation, the side of brightness, the side of worthiness, and the side of legality.
2. From the comparison of the educational administration according to governance by the administrators at the secondary schools, Talingchan District, Bangkok divided according to the teachers' opinions, it is also found that the teachers have the sexes, the ages, the levels of educations and the teaching experience different, but they have the same viewpoints.
3. In the way of the educational administration according to governance by the administrators at the secondary schools, Talingchan District, Bangkok on the side of legality, the administrators should consider the teachers' goodness and rightness equally and justly. On the side of virtue, the administrators should do their duties with faithfulness and honesty. On the side of brightness, the administrators should have the checkable principles in administrating the work. On the side of co-operation, the administrators should build up the co-operation among the villages, the temples and the schools in every activity. On the side of responsibility, the administrators should be responsible for their duties with full knowledge and ability. Finally, on the side of worthiness, the administrators should give a chance to different units of work in using the building and the places worthily and with the highest benefit.
