ABSTRACT

            The Teacher’s Opinions to Educational institution Administrators Of  Education  school to Thebrahmavihara iv Elementary Shool Lamlukka District Patumthani Province. on Educational Administrators in Four Sublime States of Mind’ is a survey research with the following objectives 1) to study the view of teachers and Educational personnel of Elementary schools in Lamlukka district of Pathum Thani province on Educational administrators in Four Sublime States of Mind; and 2) to study the problems and hindrances in the view of teachers and Educational personnel of Elementary schools in Lamlukka district of Pathum Thani province on Educational administrators in Four Sublime States of Mind and 3) to study the course of the view of teachers and Educational personnel of Elementary schools in Lamlukka district of Pathum Thani province on Educational administrators in Four Sublime States of Mind. The sample of the study consists of 237 teachers and Educational personnel in 27 schools in Lamlukka district of Pathum Thani province based on the ready-made table of sample-sized calculation of  R.V.Krejecie and D.W. Morgan. Statistics used for the data analysis includes Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation, t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance: F-test based on the ready-made computer programme.

The results of the study are as follows:

1. From the result of the data analysis of the view of teachers and Educational personnel of Elementary schools in Lamlukka district of Pathum Thani province on Educational administrators in Four Sublime States of Mind to find out ( ) and S.D. values in general  it was found to be high, while individually considering it was found to be high in three aspects i.e., sympathetic joy, compassion and equanimity; whereas the aspect of loving-kindness was moderate.  

2. From the result of the comparative analysis of the view of teachers and Educational personnel of Elementary schools in Lamlukka district of Pathum Thani province on Educational administrators in Four Sublime States of Mind classified to sex through  t-test it was generally  found not to be significantly different which was not related to the given hypothesis and  while individually considering   it was also found not to be significantly different.

3. From the result of the comparative analysis of the view of teachers and Educational personnel of Elementary schools in Lamlukka district of Pathum Thani province on Educational administrators in Four Sublime States of Mind classified according to age, education and working experience through One-Way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA it was found that teachers and Educational personnel with different age, education and working experience  had no different view on  the  administrators in Four Sublime States of Mind.
