ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research are : to study the leadership possessed by the educational administrators according to principles of the 4 Divine States of Mind, to study the comparison of the leadership possessed of the education administrators according to principles of the 4 Divine States of Mind at the Secondary School Education divided according to the basic factors and to study the way to develop the leadership possessed by the education administrators according to the principle of the 4 divine States of Mind at the secondary school education with the survey research and the exemplary groups of the administrators and the teachers at the Secondary School Education of the members of 142 persons. The instruments used in collecting the data are of the types of the questionnaire and the analyzation of the data
by finding out the frequency, the percentage, the average, the standard deviation the t-test and
the One –Way ANOVA.
The research, found that :
1. Most of the teachers are women at the percentage of 59.2. Most of them are of the ages of 46 years upward at the percentage of 40.10. Their educations are at the levels of Bachelor Degrees at the percentage of 71.8. Their positions and duties are at the percentage of 95.1. Those who have experiences in working less than 10 year are of 42.3 %
2. The administrators and the teachers viewpoints regarding the leadership possessed by the education administrators according the Principles of the 4 Divine State of Minds at the Secondary School Education in Phatthananikom District, Lop buri Province are generally at the high levels of the average. When it is considered separately , it is found that the administrators and the teachers are of the viewpoints about the leadership according the principles of the 4 Divine States of Mind at the high levels on every side beginning from the high level to the low one. Regarding Mudita is the administrators mental higher positions and success in their occupations. Regarding Upeppho, the administrators are of the leadership in forbearance to
the practice of the had and the provoking work. They are ready to receive the provocation and
the estimation about the loving kindness. The administrators have given some other works
in addition to the daily work snit able for their abilities and also have the bright compassion.
They also set up the welfare within the education place to lessen the suffering to those who are under their commands. They also have the working systems which do not disturb those who work together.
3. The suggestions are asfollows:-1) Metta(loving-Kindness).The administrators
should be of equal Justice, in working and help those who are under their commands with the money, and should command the suitable persons to work in the office. 2) Karuna (compassion). The administrators should help the undo commanders and should know the questions and help them. The administrators must renown the problems arising in the school to give some help to
the school. 3) Mudita (the sympathy in others’ welfare) The administrators should be pleased with the persons who are in progress the administrators of the school 4) Upekkha
(the equanimity). The administrators must be of the neutral minds in doing their duties and handing over the work to the able persons who are suitable for the work.
