ABSTRACT
This research is of 3 objectives, namely: 1. To study the level of opinions possessed by the teachers toward the administration of the education institutes according the principles of the good governance in the secondary schools in Banggruay District, Nonthabury Province.
2. To compare the levels of the teachers thoughts toward the administration of the educational institutes according to the principle of Dhamma preserving in the secondary schools. The exemplary groups used in this research: the teachers teaching at the level of the secondary school education in Banggruay District, Nonthabury Province of the number of 210 persons. The instruments used in collecting the data are of the types of the questionnaire. The statistics used in analyzing the data are the frequency, the percentage, the average, the standard deviation, the T.Test, the F Test by way of analyzing the One-Way-Anova.
From the research, it is found that the administration of schools according to the principle of the Doctrine Presesving (Dhamma-Ghipale) are commonly at the high levels. When it is considered in each aspect it is found that the principle of Dhamma-Ghipale is at the high level in the collective form. When it is compared according to the sexes, the ages, the education and the experience in working, it is found that the teachers have the same opinions. Regarding the problems and the obstacles in administration according to the principle of Dhamma Ghipala can be summarized as follows: the lack of teaching the students to love and to protect the school properties, the division of the work was confusing and not clear. The lack of the public พrelation a boat the activity of the schools, the lack of checking the budgets of the schools, the lack of bringing the virtues to practice formally, the rules and the orders of the schools are not in compliance with the present situation and are in lack of real enforcement, the personnel do not see the importance of the rules, and orders as suitably as possible from the administration, it is found that the occasion to make the public comment should be give to the people in general.
