Abstracts

          The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the Effective of Buddhist National Broadcasting Radio Station Implementation in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province, 2) to compare the level of Effective of Buddhist National Broadcasting Radio Station Implementation in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province, classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the problems and suggestions of the Effective of Buddhist National Broadcasting Radio Station Implementation in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province. Research conducted by the Survey Research and the study group consisted of 400 people who were listeners of National Broadcasting Radio Station on Buddhism in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya province. Questionnaire was used as the data collection tool was the reliability value equal to .913. Analysis statistical methods were, descriptive were frequency and percentage, Mean, standard deviation. Inferential statistical methods were used t – test, One-way ANOVA, testing the difference between the averages from three or more groups with Least Significant Different (LSD).

The findings of this research are as follows:

1)        The overall results of the effective of Buddhist National Broadcasting Radio Station in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya province were found at the high level. When having considered in each aspect, it was found that the performance of the radio station in respect of program evaluation, the radio station FM 105.75 MHz. of Wat Khok was rated at the most level. Technical qualities were high level.

               2) To compare the effective of Buddhist National Broadcasting Radio Station in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya province, classified by the personal factor, found that: Listeners had personal factors were differences, will have the Effective of Buddhist National Broadcasting Radio Station Implementation in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province as well to found that sex, level of education and present address were differences, will have the Effective of Buddhist National Broadcasting Radio Station Implementation in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province was not differences, found no significant thus rejecting the formulated hypotheses. Occupation, which occupation and age were, noted significant differences at .01 level, therefore accepting the set hypotheses.

               3) The problems and difficulties of the Effective of Buddhist National Broadcasting Radio Station Implementation in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province were found that: 1) In aspect of listening to the program, the radio waves were not clear, too many advertisements, the product advertisements were not suitable and time allocated for Dhamma was not sufficient. To solve these, signal system must be improved, time for advertisement should decreased and time for Dhamma program should be added more than existed one. 2) In aspect of program preferences, the problems were: short period of time, no varieties of songs, too many advertisements, and no clear program directories. To improve these, the time for various songs should be increased
in evening period and program directories should be publicly announced and informed.
3) In aspect of the understanding of Buddhism, the problem was noticed that the performers should use the language correctly. Offer too little Dhamma practice.
To solve these, the basic Dhamma should be emphasized for easy understanding; they should be Dhamma Questions and Answers or answering personal problem.
