ABSTRACT

              The objectives of this research to study the Monks role on the Buddhist Propagation in Nakhonpathom province as follows: 1) to study the Monks role on the Buddhist Propagation 2) to compare the Monks role on the Buddhist Propagation by classifying personal factors 3) to study the problems and suggestions of the monks role on the Buddhist Propagation in general.

              Populations used in the study are the Monks in Nakhonpathom Province zinging to 347 is in number The survey research studies, questionnaires, and data analysis are performed by computer using statistical software packages, finding the frequency,percentage,mean, and standard deviation as well are comparison of the Monks role on the Buddhist Propagation by classifying personal factors

The research results

              1. The Monks role on the Buddhist Propagation in Nakhonpathom Province as overall is found high in many levels. When considered in each field of, Propagation via mass media.

              2. The comparison of the Monk role on the Buddhist Propagation in Nakhonpathom province classified by sex age, educational background, personal experience in the operation is found that, the personal factors of the Monk concerned are significantly differences at.01 following the hypothesis

              3. The problems and suggestions  to the Monks role on the Buddhist propagation in Nakhonpathom Province are as follows : 1) The Sanghas received a few cooperation from the other Organizations concerned 2) Unsufficient budget received Sanghas organization as well as government offices: 3) The public do not realize no the objective of the Buddhist Propagation, and 4) instruments and tolls to Propagation are not satisfied.

              As for the problems and suggestions on the Monks role in Buddhist Propagation in Nakhonpathom Province, they are 1) The Sanghas supervisors should take part in the initiation of Buddhist Propagation to all the Monks concerned and and public in general: 2) The concerned organizations should provide sufficient budget to support continually: 3) The Sangha s should make understand to the peoples with the things that want to present and 4) The instrument and tools for the propagation and the methods are considered importees to the Buddhist Propagation.
