ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research “The Personnel Management of Tambol Administrative Organization, In Kumpangsan District, Nakhon Pathom Province, According to the Four Iddhipada” were (1) to study the Personnel Management of Tambol Administrative Organization, In Kumpangsan District, Nakhon Pathom Province, According to the Four Iddhipada (2) to compare the Personnel Management of Tambol Administrative Organization, In Kumpangsan District, Nakhon Pathom Province, According to the Four Iddhipada (3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions relating to The Personnel Management of Tambol Administrative Organization, In Kumpangsan District, Nakhon Pathom Province, According to the Four Iddhipada. This study was servey research, coullected the data from 227 Personnel samplings of 15 Tambol Administrative Organization in Kumpangsan with cluster samplings. Research instruments were questionnaires, analyzed the data with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D), hypothesis tested with t-test for two-valued variables and F-test or One-Way ANOVA for more than 3 valued variables. In case of differentiation was found, it was compared by Least significant Difference : LSD.
The results of research were found that ;
1. Personnel who have worked in Tambol Administrative Organization had got opinion with personnel administration according to the Four Iddipada in the whole view was at high level, average 3.69
2. The comparison of personnel Management of Tambol Administrative Organization, In Kumpangsan District, hypothesis tested by analyzing different variables found that gender, age, level of education, position and income permonth had no different opinion, it was rejected the hypothesis.
3. Suggestions for Personnel Management of Tambol Administrative Organization, In Kumpangsan District, Nakhon Pathom Province, According to the Four Iddhipada found that , the aspect of Chanda, it should make a unity in organization, study one’s own work, be patient with difficulty, eager to final more knowledge, put the right job for the right person, should do for public benefit. The aspect of Viriya, try to work for more efficiency, work with willingness, patience, eager to work and not neglet the duty, listen to the other’s idea. The aspect of Chitta, make understanding and caring for work, paying attention for their own work and team of work, realize and analyze all work have done. The aspect of Vimangsa, found that it should develop knowledge, bring modern technology to use for service work, find reason and mistake and correct them with mindfulness, wisdom, carefulness, standard and rules which everyone could follow, could suggest for the better things with good consideration.
