ABSTRACT
The research study are of objectives as (1) to study the roles of Sangha Administrator on administration in Nakhonchaisri District, Nakhon Pathom Province, (2) to compare their roles on administration classified by personal factors, and (3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestion on their roles in the said area. The research is quantitative one collecting data of sampling population ranging to 250 monks in number by means of cluster sampling. Tools used in survey research study and questionnaire data analysis are performed by computer using statistic software package, finding the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, of which hypothesis analysis is based on F-Test for one way analysis of variance. If the variances are more than three, it is based on least Significant different (LSD).
The research results are as bellow ;
1. On the roles of Sangha Administrator on Administration in Nakhonchaisri District, Nakhon Pathom Province, the views in overall toward the administration role are high (x = 3.60)
2. On the comparision of their roles, it is found that factors related to age, years of monkhood, ecclesiastical education of Dhamma studies and Pali studies, secular educational qualification, are not different, and that rejects the hypothesis set up at the begining.
3. On the problems and the suggestions, it is found that the Sangha administrator on Administration are lack of knowledge of management, and pay a little attention to look for all the monks in their areas. The way to resolve the problem are to take care all the monks, novices, as well as people concerned with impartiality. At the same time education and training be promoted in order to provide more competent monks in the years to come. |
