Abstract

The populations used in this research are 380 people in Tung-Lang Sub-district.      The simple exemplary groups of people are the leaders in the community, students, the village headmen and the head of a group of villages. The instruments in collecting the data are the interview and the questionnaire and the record of the field data. The data analysis from the questionnaire and the complete program are used with the statistic of the percentage. For general information given by the population who had answered the questions, it is found that the statistical average and the standard deviation of the levels of their opinions are of importance to develop the communities. This point maintains the Buddha Dhamma which will help arising happiness and relationship between the Sangkhas and the communities. Moreover, the Sangkhas have to practice well and study hard to gather enough knowledge and then they can go around to preach the Buddha Dhamma to the worldly people.

From the study, it is found that the level of the people’s opinions about the Sangkha roles in developing the quality of the people’s lives are at the highest level. When considered on the 3 sides, it is found that giving knowledge about carrying out lives according to the Buddha Dhamma and the King’s Philosophy of Efficiency Economics is of the highest average cost.     That is to say that, monks have important roles in developing people’s qualities of life in ethics and moralities.  As good exemplary monks and the developing ones, it is found that they have applied the King’s Philosophy of Efficiency Economics to carry out activities in the temples.                 The development in the temples by the people’s co-operation is of highest average. In supporting the projects of developing life qualities, the monks act as coordinators between the people and different offices. This causes them to understand the idea of development better.

The problems  and the obstacles faced by the monks in developing people’s life qualities are the lack of necessary knowledge and helpful information to support life development according to the Efficiency Economic Philosophy, the behavior of the monks  which  being less plainly and the  less  access to the temple  of the people

The suggestion in this study is that every group of people should co-operate with one another in developing their states of life according to the Efficiency Economic Philosophy in order to reduce negative effects and to stay away from the stream of the world development and the influence of modern media
