The research is two objectives, namely: 1. to study of the professional Nurses’ Ethical Behavior in Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital 2. to comparatively study the professional Nurses’ Ethical Behavior in Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital
The people used to be the exemplary groups obtained in Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital are 3,250 people from Yamane course. the exemplary groups of 624 people are obtained from the groups of people in this hospita, by collecting the data from the 6 questionaires set up myself. The charecteristies of the questionnaires are rating scales of five levels separating the opinions possessed by the exemplary groups and the professional nurses’ self estimations of the Ethical Behavior in Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital.
From the research it is found that the exemplary groups are:- the medical group, the non-medical group, the administrator and the person receiving the service. All of them are of the opinions at the good levels, Except the heads of the professional nurse all of whom have the opinions at the excellent levels. On the other hand, the professional nurses’ Ethical Behavior in Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital in self estimation with the Buddha-Dhamma is of 5 sides, namely: the side of the person receiving the service, the side of the society and the
organization, the side of the nurses’ occupation, the side of the team workers. All these sides are at the good levels with the exception of the self behavior which is at the excellent level.
The difference of the deviation of the ethical behavior possesse by the professional nurses is classified according to the variability. Mostly the variability causing the difference of the deviation of the ethical behavior to arise in every exemplary group is the marriage status, the religion, the educational level and the in come wich are the statistical significant difference of 0.05 |
