The objective of this thesis were the study of four Satipatthana practice in Tipitaka and the practical method of Laung pho Thain Cittasubho, the model of mindfulness development of four Mahasatipatthana at Ban Laophonthong, Tambon Banwah, Amphoe Muang, Changwat Khon kaen and to bring the result of mindfulness practice for applying in daily life of the practitioners at the fixed time. The result of the study as follows:-
There were four methods to develop Mahasatipatthana i.e. body, flling, mind and Dhamma consideration by the practitioners should follow the agreement in each aspect strictly. Then, it will make mindfulness intent, but the method of mindfulness development of Luang pho Thain Cittasubho found that he taught the 3 methods to teach Dhamma i.e. dialogue, lecture and answer the question of persons and general.
The mindfulness development method found that he taught the practitioner to develop the mind in many postures, such as standing, walking, seating and sleeping. There were small postures too i.e. drinking, speaking, turn back, raising the hands, etc. The method to thinking that let the practitioner keep knowledge of thinking which happened at that moment, but it was not component thinking, whether a good or a bad thinking, just set up the mindfulness, when anyone do often the considerate wisdom will be happened and not make practitioners to be victims of thinking and there was no suffering due to that happening thinking. The emotional control and examination of mindfulness development, usually it was duty of expert meditation master for model of movement mindfulness development according to most ven. Laung pho Thain Cittasubho, such as most ven. Phra Khamkhain Suvaṇṇo and most ven. Phra Suriya Mahapañño.
The study found that the four Mahasatipatthana practice at Ban Laophonthong was a place which brought the principles and other methods of Laung pho Thain Cittasubho for training, teaching Buddhist monks, novices and lay followers in the area. It was well trained by meditation masters who used to Dhamma practice with Laung pho Thain Cittasubho or expert persons for teaching in accordance with this movement model.
The result to gain from the practice to apply in daily life, it can be concluded that the practitioners emotional control got better than before and they had always mindfulness in working, others understood, flexible mind state adjusted, had longer mediation than before, it made wisdom for solving the problems in daily life for example, when one had mindfulness, there was no criminal problem, no stealing, no sexual misconduct, no telling a lie, no taking liquor and any intoxicants, avoid to create social problem. On the opposite side, the Dhamma practice had loving kindness to the others by helping social works or their community. They devoted their life to public utilities or service mind, it was useful to their families and concerned people.
