The objectives of this research are: (1) To study the administration of Subdistrict Organization According to Good Governance : A Case study of Bangkrauy District, Nonthaburi Province. (2) To compare the administration of Subdistrict Organization according to Good Governance: A Case study of Bangkrauy District, Nonthaburi Province. (3) To present the suitable and compatible principles of administration in compliance with the principle of Good Governance followed by the administrators and the teachers in the same area. There are 253 citizens used as the samples who were administrators and the officers in Bangkrauy District, Nonthaburi province. The questionnaires are divided into 3 parts. Part 1 is the personal datum of the one who answers the questions. Part 2 is the questionnaire about the measuring and assessing the opinions with 5 levels at the reliability of .931 and Part 3 is the questionnaire about the opinion held by the administrator about the Good Governance. The data analyses by social scientific program are to find out the frequency, the percentage, the standardized derivation and t - test.
The found data are as fallows:-
1) The exemplary people are mostly the administrators who are 88 female; patients aged 31 to 40 years of the member of B.A. degree of 77 persons. Those who have the income lower than 10,000 Baht are 95 persons. Who have experiences in working of 5 - 10 years. They are in the positions of employees of the number of 75.
2) The officers of the Sub-District Organization in Bangkrauy District, are of the opinions according the principle of Dhammabhipala at the high ( = 3.85). When it is considered on each side, we can find that the administrators, the officers and the employees in the Sub-District Organization are of the opinions to the principles of Dhammabhipala at the high level on every side.
3) From the comparative study of the opinions held by the administrators , the officers and the employees towards the administration by the Sub-District Organization according to the Principle of Dhammbhipala, it is found that the administrators, the officers and the employees in the Sub-District Organization, in Bangkrauy district are of the opinions towards the work administration according to the Principle of DHammabhipala are in general not different, the fact which is not contrary to the set up hypothesis.
4) From the problems of work administration, it is found that some personnel do not know the laws or the Principles of Dhammbhipala, regarding the work administration in each Sub-District Organization.
Some personnel are interested only in personal benefit more than general one.
Moreover, some personnel are interested in their own friends. In working of some organization in some matters, there no the opening of the opportunity to the local people to work together. Some personnel do their works in accordance with their own sense without thinking of the outputs. The provision of the budget by the Sub-District Organization does not cover the areas in the District Administration.
The matter in of the way of administrating the work as follows:
The Sub-District Organization should arrange the training course to the some personnel who do not know the laws or the Principle of Dhammabhipala regarding the were administrator to course the work administration in the Sub-District Organization to be in the some direction. That is to emphasize the right way to the laws and the Principle of Dhammabhipala. The Sub-District Organization should support the personnel to see the common benefit more than the personnel one. The Sub-District Organization should support the harmony to the personnel.
Moreover, the Sub-District Organization should shows the annual budget to be spent on each side and should spend the annual budget usefully and properly to the people, and should bring the annual budget for broadly developing the communities according the community’s need without thinking of the vote from the election. |
