This main objectives of this research are: i) to examine people’s opinions towards the administration in accordance with Saraniyadhamma of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Don Mod Deang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province; ii) to compare people’s opinions towards the administration according to Saraniyadhamma of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Don Mod Deang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, classified by personal factors; and iii) to study the ways to implement principles to Sub-district Administrative Organization in Don Mod Deang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province.  The survey research was employed in this study. The samples in this research were 400 people in Sub-district Administration Organization. The tool used to collect data was questionnaire developed by the research with the reliability value equal to 0.851. The statistical techniques employed for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test one-way analysis of variance (One way ANOVA)

The findings of this research were concluded as follows:

             1. The overall opinions towards the administration according to Saraniyadhamma of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Don Mod Deang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, were found at middle level (  = 3.30). When considering each aspects, it was also ranked at  moderate levels in all aspects.

             2. With regard to the comparison of the public opinions towards the management of Saraniyadhamma principles of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Don Mod Deang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, classified by personal factors, it was  found that people with different levels of education, occupation and income according to the administration with Saraniyadhamma Principles of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Don Mod Deang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province was difference in statistically significant at the .01 level,  which accepts the hypothesis. For the people of different gender and age were not different opinions which did not conform to the assumptions set.

             3. Guidelines on application of Saraniyadhamma applied in the management of the Sub-district Administrative Organization, Don Mod Deang District. Ubon Ratchathani Province indicated that they should work consistently for the people, planning work for appropriate, sort of important issues with consideration of a significant impact that occurs on public, good talking to each other to lead the people become unity and to love and sympathize with each other, work for the public, be faithful to oneself, work and other person, abstain from seeking benefits for themselves and companion, do not accept bribes and corrupt, providing welfare assistance or sharing the benefits widely to the public equity equally, management with integrity, self-discipline, maintain regulatory setting, respect the opinions of each other, allow people to attend the meeting to present the problems and purpose the local requirement, express one’s opinion, reviewed work, and all complaints were welcomed to improve their own development and organizations at all time.
