The purposes of this research were: (1) to study the opinions concerning administration applying good governance of secondary schools’ administrators in Banphotphisai District, Nakhon sawan Province, (2) to compare the teachers’ opinion towards the administration applying good governance of secondary schools’ administrators in Banphotphisai District, Nakhon sawan Province by separating from each person’s factors, and (3) to suggest the suitable ways of development applying good governance to secondary schools in Banphotphisai District, Nakhon sawan Province.
The samples were 159 teachers in Banphotphisai District, Nakhonsawan Province by using Simple Random Sampling Approach. Questionnaire was selected to be the research tool which made by the researcher consisting of 5 levels of evaluation and open-ended questions with the reliability value of 0.87. Data analysis was done by using processed program for Social Science (SPSS). The statistics used in this study were the values of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one – way F-test
The results of research were :
1. On the whole, teachers’ opinions towards the administration applying good governance of secondary schools’ administrators were in high level ( X = 4.19). After considering each factor, the researcher found that the opinions towards worthwhile principle were in the highest level (X= 4.39). However, the opinions towards legal justice were in the lowest level (X= 4.06).
2. The comparison of teachers’ opinions towards the administration by good governance of secondary schools’ administrators in Banphotphisai District, Nakhonsawan Province by separating from sex, age, status, degree, experience and salary. The researcher found that the factors making the differences of their opinions as assumption are sex, degree, experiences and salary. For the age and status, they did not make the differences, but they deny the assumption.
3. The ways to develop the school admimistrators Banphotphisai District ,Nokhon Sawan Province are if the administrators use the administration applying the good governance, it make the administratim success, becavsa the good governance is the principle that holds the principle of legal justice, transparency, participation and worthwhile for the administration. The good governance is good and suitable for the administration. Moreover, it can develop the schools efficiently.
