The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the people’s satisfaction towards the service applying the four Sangahavatthus of Nakhon Sawan Monastery, 2) to compare the people’s satisfaction towards the service applying the four Sangahavatthus of Nakhon Sawan Monastery by separating people into groups of the different factors, and 3) to study the problems and suggest the Ways of service in Nakhon Sawan Monastery.
For the conduct of the research, the samples were 132 people from 200 people who come on the Buddhist holy day. For the sampling, the researcher used the table of R.V. Krejcie & D.W. Morgan and selecting using the statistics to analyze data as follows: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Least Significant Difference: LSD.
The results of the research were :
Most of the people who answer the questions are 101females or 76.52 percent, 70 people who are more than 52 years old or 53.03 percent, 66 people who finished higher certificate and bachelor degree or 50 percent, 37 people who work for government office and enterprise or 28.03 percent.
The researcher found that totally, the satisfaction of people towards the service applying the four Sangahavatthus of Nakhon Sawan Monastery were in high level ( X = 3.96). After considering each facto, it was found that the mean of every factor was in high level.
After comparing the study the people’s satisfaction towards the service applying the four Sangahavatthus of Nakhon Sawan Monastery, the researcher found that the people have different sex, age, degree and occupation but no difference of satisfaction.
The suggestions of the service were as follows:
The service should be developed to have more efficiency and to make the people have good impression and more satisfaction which can make the happiness for both giver and receiver. The important principle using for good service is the four Sangahavatthus. The administ rator authority of Nakhon Sawan Monastery should apply this principle to use for efficient people service. |
