The purposes of this research are: 1) to study the administration applying the good governance of Nawamindhrachudhit Matchim School, Nakhon Sawan Province, 2) to compare opinions towards the administration applying the good governance of Nawamindhrachudhit Matchim School, Nakhon Sawan Province and 3) to study the problems, barriers and suggestions for the administration applying the good governance of Nawamindhrachudhit Matchim School, Nakhon Sawan Province. The samples were 145 people by using the purposive random sampling.The instrument of this research was questionnaire with 0.96 of reliability. The statistics for the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test, One-way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD.

The administration applying the good governance of Nawamindhrachudhit Matchim School, Nakhon Sawan Province was found that the personnel’s opinions of Nawamindhrachudhit Matchim School towards the administration applying the good governance were in high level on a whole. When considering each aspect, it was found that the personnel’s opinions towards the administration applying the good governance of Nawamindhrachudhit Matchim School were in high level.
The comparison of the personnel’s opinions towards the administration applying the good governance of Nawamindhrachudhit Matchim School, classified by the different sex, age, position, work experience and educational level was found that the opinions towards of Nawamindhrachudhit Matchim School were different in each aspect, so the assumptions were denied.
For studying the problems, barriers and suggestions for the administration applying the good governance of Nawamindhrachudhit Matchim School, Nakhon Sawan Province in the legal justice, it was found that the administrators should not select to tell somebody to do something. However, the administrators should administer with the reasons. For the goodness, the administrators should cancel the patronage system and consider the work and ability. The administration can be proved and transparent without the corruption. The administration should be given the personnel for the participation in upgrading, get the work clearly and suitable for the position, help to be responsible for the organization’s property. Moreover, the administrators should always hold the good governance and not be careless to save the life and property.
