The main objectives of this research are : i) to study the administration of Sub-District of Administrative Organization in accordance with Sangahavattu IV as viewed by staffs; ii) to compare the opinions towards the administration of Sub-District Administrative Organization in accordance with Sangahavattu IV classified by personal factors; and iii) to propose the suggestions of staffs concerning application of Sangahavattu IV to the administration of Maesarieng District, Maehongson province. This study employed survey research. The samples were 133 staffs who work in Sub-District Administrative Organization, Maesarieng district, Maehongson province selected by random sampling technique. The tool for data collection was questionnaire with the reliability value equal to 0.913.The statistical techniques for data analysis were frequency, percentage, standardized derivation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA). The Least Significant Difference (LSD) was used for testing differences of the paired means.

The overall staffs’ opinions that the Sub-District Administrative Organization in Maesarieng District, Maehongson province in accordance with Sangahavattu IV was at good level ( X = 3.58), When taking aspect of Sangahavatthu IV into consideration, it was note at a high level as follows : Dana (X = 3.63), Piyavaca (X = 3.59), Attacariya (X = 3.56), and Samanattata (X = 3.55), respectively.
From the results of the comparison of the opinion towards the administration of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Maesarieng District, Maehongson province in accordance with Sangahavattu IV as viewed by staffs, classified by personal factors, age was found statistically different at .01 level of significance. Sex, levels of education and working experience of Staffs were found no statistically significant differences, rejecting the formulated hypotheses.
Recommendations for administration of Sub-District Administrative Organization were found that there should promote the conscious mind of sharing and helping each other. To achieve better collaboration and staffs should perform their duties to full capacity by taking into account the collective interests. They should greet each other with polite words. Do not gossip in the workplace and avoid words that cause conflict and hurt others. To assist to colleagues with their upmost capability. There should have been eager to help others and society. Treat everyone with equality, without discrimination. The problem must be settled by pure reason and justice, no personal feelings involved. There are standard rules for the promotion and punishment can be checked explicitly. Administrators should use the principles of Buddhism to help in the management of the organization by allowing district Administrative Organization to be an organization qualified to truly help people. |
