The purpose of this study were (1)To study the performance of police officers according to the Gharavasa-dhamma 4 as perceived by Special Branch Police Officer, Royal Thai Police. (2) To compare the views of Special Branch Police Officer, Royal Thai Police to the performance of Special Branch Police officer accordance with Gharavasa-dhamma 4 by personal factors and (3) To study the problems, obstacle, suggestion in performance of Special Branch, Royal Thai Police. And the samples used in this study of Special Branch Police Officers, Royal Thai Police were 216 from the total of 400 police officers. Equipment used to collect data was the perceived level of Special Branch Police Officer, Royal Thai Police which performance according to Gharavasa-dhamma 4 in confident of 0.979. Data Analysis using SPSS for social science research. The statistics used to analyze data were using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. And compare the views of Special Branch Police Officer, Royal Thai Police to the performance of Special Branch Police Officers according to Gharavasa-dhamma 4, analyzed by the t-test, one way analysis of variance and in the case of finding the difference of the average from 3 groups or more with least significant difference: LSD.
The results showed that
1. Special Branch Police Officers, Royal Thai Police perceived performance according to gharavasa-dhamma 4 were at high level ( = 4.19), when consider each side found that the Special Branch Police Officers, Royal Thai Police perceived performance according to Gharavasa-dhamma 4 in high level in all sides.
2. Comparison of opinions of Special Branch Police Officers, Royal Thai Police perceived performance of Special Branch, Royal Thai Police according to Gharavasa-dhamma 4 by gender, age, education, income, marriage status and work experience found that the personal factors affect the opinions of Special Branch Police Officer, Royal Thai Police according to Gharavasa-dhamma 4 were different such as age, therefore accept the hypothesis, for the factors that police officers are not different views, such as age, sex, education, income status and experience which does not conform to the assumptions set.
3. The problems and obstacle in the performance of Special Branch Police Officers, Royal Thai Police affecting the efficiency of operations, including revenue is not enough, intervention in determining the merits and lack of modern equipment in the workplace.
Therefore, the Commander on moral and ethical development by using Gharavasa-dhamma 4 applied to subordinate to ethics in order to promote and improve efficiency in operation to benefit in the performance of the following official duties. |
