The objectives of this research are (1) to study the views and the theories of Thai medicine philosophy, (2) to study the views and the theories of western philosophy and (3) to analytical study of Thai philosophy and western philosophy.

The findings revealed that : Thai medicine philosophy impressed on getting virtues in all actions. Physicians kindly cured the patients a long with virtues, such as Loving kindness, Non-greed, wong course of behavior, moral shame, moral deed, mindfulness clear comprehension.

The views and theories of western philosophy stressed on the suitable places and situations which are concerned to the school of philosophy, such as Existentialism stressed on the freedom, Egoism stressed on  self-happiness, Mentalism stressed on good – conscience,  Kantian Idealism stressed on good – will, and Utilitarianism stressed on utility of the most people.

The views and the theories of Thai medicine philosophy and western philosophy get both same and different points, that is : the same point of both views is  both stressed on the utility of most people, the different is the Thai medicine philosophy paid acts on the virtues, the second view impressed to shown out own ideal for developing the thoughts of the public. But both views paid acts for the utility of the most people in the society.
