The objectives of is research are to study the factors affecting the learning achievements and the students’ Satisfaction with  Phrapariyattithamma Pali School at Wat  Conggam,Ngao District,  Lampang  Province.

                      The population in this research is about 153 consisting of one Abbots, 152 students who are studying in Pali grade 1 – 9 in Phrapariyattithamma Pali School in Wat Conggam, Ngao District, Lampang Province exemplarygroup16 Buddhist monks and 137Novices.

                      The tools used for collecting the data in this research are questionnaires. There are 5 parts of the questionnaires; The first one is the general information, the second one and the fourth one are the types of check list. The third one and the fifth one are the types of questioners about the achievements and the satisfaction processed  students at Phrapariyattithamma Pali School in the WatConggam,NgaoDistrict,LampangProvince.Accordingtothe5 scale levels of the answers to the questionnaires. The analysis of Research instrument in the form of the Congruence (IOC) and Alpha Coefficient of Tools (ATC) which are of 0.66-1.00 of the Index of Congruence (IOC) in all questions and 0.634 and 0.973 of the Alpha Coefficient in the second and fourth parts of questionnaires.

                                            The results of the research can by summarized as follows:

                1) The factors leading to the achievement of the management of learning and in Phrapariyattithamma School of pali section on the sides of the environment the input the process and theproduct are at the high levels.

2)  The factors regarding the satisfaction with the leaning and the leading in Phrapariyattithamma School of pali section on the side of the environment the administration the management of the contents of the curriculums   the personnel and the leaning and the teaching totally the a boor  mentioned  are at the high levels.
