                On the study of consequences and values of pleasant speech usage,  it turned out that the users had changed attitudes and behavior in better way no matter of depending on the degrees of individual performance,  namely:  appreciation,  impressiveness,  access to the Triple Gems,  becoming virtuous persons,  attaining the Four Paths-Stream-Entry,  Once-Returning,  Non-Returning,  Arahantship.  As well,  the users had to lead their good future lives.  From the study,  Pleasant Speech helped to have good and virtuous rulers,  peaceful society,  better mutual understanding and knowledge-based and wisdom-based citizenship.  The pleasant speech applied could form beneficial activities at many levels from individual to national ones.  It was concluded in this study that those who used and practiced pleasant speech would cause blessings to themselves and standard society to the country.
