Form the study, it is found that the praise means bringing the goodness to inform the people, no matter whether they are there or not. The praiset is the persons’ volition, no matter whether the praised one is there or not, because the praiser is of the purpose to enable the other persons to understand the pressed. This point in the example to express the others goodness.
For this reason, when there is a praise in any society, the people in that society must have the method of welcoming by applying the Doctrinal principles to prevent the attraction from arising in societies. So, When one wishes to praise someone, one should have a Doctrinal principle called ‘Nigganhe nigganhāraham’ and ‘Pagganhe pagganhāraham’ which mean ‘to blame one who should be blamed’ and ‘to praise one who should be praised.’ These two Doctrinal principles should be applied to the societies by all the leaders of the societies for the peace and the happiness of the people in every society.
