This thesis is qualitative field-work research with 3 objectives: 1) to study the problem of teamwork of the lecturer monk, Sisaket Buddhist Seminary,2) to study the Principles states of conciliation (săa-raa-nee-yá-tam) in the Buddhist scriptures, 3) to study the application of Buddhist Peace, to develop the team of lecturer monk, Sisaket Buddhist Seminary. It is a field-work qualitative research by the tools of documentary study, in-depth interview and focus group discussion, from 16 key informants, from the research,
1. there are found the obstacles to success in teamwork, Mostly:All parties are absent, lack coordination, lack of project organizer, not understand the purpose of the project, lack of cooperation, lack of experts in counseling. In the lecturer monk, lack of knowledge, skills, experience, process, presentation the unity of the team, and the parties lacked the sacrifice of showing unity power together, to prepare the venue, audio equipment, etc.
2. The study of Buddhist peace of the way to solve the conflict according is Săa-raa-nee-yá-tam : Sārānīyadhamma of Mettā-Kāyakamma, Mettā-Vacīkamma, Mettā-Manokamma, Sādhāranabhogī, Sīlasāmaññata, and Diṭṭhisāmañ-ñata.
3.
