The objective of this research were 1) to study the quality of life development Buddhadhamama sub-district administrative organization muang district Surin province, 2) to improve the quality of life development of Buddhadhamama for Nokmuang sub-district administrative organization muang district Surin province, 3) to study the problems and suggestions in the quality of life development of Buddhadhamama in Nokmuang sub-district administrative organization muang district Surin province
The research methods were used the mixed research methodology of quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative research was conducted by using survey research to study the samples of 398 persons who were populace of Nokmuang sub-district administrative organization muang district Surin province by using the simple random sampling. The tools used for data collection were 5 levels questionnaires at reliability of 0.812. The data were analyzed by using computer application for social sciences research. The statistics used for data analysis were ng frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation. The describing and testing hypotheses of personal factors were t-test in order to test the differences between two average groups and the F-test by using One Way ANOVA to test the differences between the average of three or more and test the differences of the average pairing with the Least Significant Difference (LSD) method. The quantitative research conducted by In-depth Interviewing the primary key informants of 7 persons to support the quantitative data and analyzed the data by using the content analysis context.
The research findings were as following:
1) the quality of life development of Buddhadhamama for Nokmuang sub-district administrative organization muang district Surin province in overall at the high ( =3.85). When considered east aspect found that were at the high level too as follows: Healthy ( =3.90), ( =3.74, S.D=0.57) and Viriya aspect was lowest level ( =3.69, S.D =0.59).Social ( =3.89) , Family ( =3.81) and occupation ( =3.79)
2) The comparison for the quality of life development of Buddhadhamama for Nokmuang sub-district administrative organization muang district Surin province according to Sangahavatthu that classifiedby personal factors found that the persons who had different gender,age, education level, and occupation had different opininon at significant 0.05.
3) The problems ,obstacles and suggestions of the quality of life development of Buddhadhamama for Nokmuang sub-district administrative organization muang district Surin provinceas follws: health found that the support and promotion for the place , sport equipments, physical check were not all over this area. Occupation found that the were unemployed and the Occupation promotion were not acted in this municipality. Social found that the people lacked for unity in some place because of this area were large and they worked hard. Family found that lacked of activities in family because of the went to outside then the relattionsip in family were decreased then tne suggestions as themunicpality should be devel0ped the structuee for quality of life development all community continually.
