The objective of this research were: 1) to study an application of Buddhist principles for Kutchik sub-district administrative organization Sungnoen district Nakhonratchasima  province, 2) to compare the opinions of populace toward an application of Buddhist principles for Kutchik sub-district administrative organization Sungnoen district Nakhonratchasima   province, 3) to study the problems obstacles and suggestions of an application of Buddhist principles for Kutchik sub-district administrative organization Sungnoen district Nakhonratchasima  province.

The research methods were used the mixed research methodology of quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative research was conducted by using survey research to study the samples of 383 persons who were populace of Kutchik sub-district administrative organization Sungnoen district Nakhonratchasima province by using the simple random sampling. The tools used for data collection were 5 levels questionnaires at reliability of 0.812. The data were analyzed by using computer application for social sciences research. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation. The describing and testing hypotheses of personal factors were t-test in order to test the differences between two average groups and the F-test by using One Way ANOVA to test the differences between the average of three or more and test the differences of the average pairing with the Least Significant Difference (LSD) method. The quantitative research conducted by In-depth Interviewing the primary key informants of 8 persons to support the quantitative data and analyzed the data by using the content analysis context.

1) An application of Buddhist principles for Kutchik sub-district administrative organization Sungnoen district Nakhonratchasima province found that the opinions of populace in overall were at a high level ( =3.54). When considered east aspect found that Chanda aspect was highest level ( =3.44 ), Vimam sa aspect was high level ( =3.63) and Viriya aspect was lowest level ( =3.60).

2) The results of opinions comparison of populace toward an application of Buddhist principles for Kutchik sub-district administrative organization Sungnoen district Nakhonratchasima province classified by personal factors found that the opinions of populace who were different by gender, status, age and educational level were not different therefore reject the hypothesis and opinions of populace who were different by income per mount were different by statistical significant at the 0.05 level therefore accept the hypothesis.

3) The problems and obstacles of an application of Buddhist principles for Kutchik sub-district administrative organization Sungnoen district Nakhonratchasima province were: the local development was not in line with the local status, lack the database for development plan making and lack the participation of populace for monitoring and tracking the project and activities of organization. The suggestions were: should develop the local in line with the local status, should create the database for local development plan making and should permit the populace to participant in the project and activities of organization.
