The objectives of this research were; 1) to study the state of problems and obstacles in learning supportive activity management on Social Studies, 2) to study principles of learning supportive activity management and the practice of Iddhipada, and 3) to enhance the teachers’ learning and propose a guideline of learning supportive activity management on Social Studies based in Iddhipada principles of teacher under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3. The mixed research methods were used in the study. The data were collected from 254 teachers by questionnaires and by in-depth interviews and then analyzed by mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
The results of the study found that:
1. The state of learning supportive activity management on Social Studies based in Iddhipada principles of teacher under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3 in 4 aspects was appropriate at the high level.
2. The analysis results of the state of learning supportive activity management on Social Studies based in Iddhipada principles of teacher under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3 indicated that administrators and teachers have to love their profession, teachers should arrange fun and participative activities in teaching their course subjects, activity should be varied depending on the course contents, current situations, responsibility, and consideration, activity should be revised and improved regularly, and the results of activities should be evaluated by modern technology.
3. Suggestions and guidelines of learning supportive activity management on Social Studies based in Iddhipada principles of teacher under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3 were that learning activities should be integrated with morality and ethics in order that students can put into practice in their living a life, activities should be relevant to the course contents and encourage inspiration and tolerance in learning and improve behaviors of students, assessment and evaluation of the learning supportive activities should be conducted by modern media, and activities should be regularly adjusted and improved.
