The objectives of this research were; 1) to study the state of participation of administrators, teacher and students’ parents in the Five Precepts observation promotion of Wat Tawanrueang School students under Office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1, 2) to study guidelines of the Five Precepts observation promotion of administrators, teacher and students’ parents for Wat Tawanrueang School students, under Office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1, and 3) to propose guidelines of participation of administrators, teacher and students’ parents in the Five Precepts observation promotion. The quantitative data were collected from 138 samples consisting of administrators, teacher and students’ parents by questionnaires with 3 sections; 1. Informants’ individual data, 2. 5-rating scale questions with reliability at 0.9585, and 3. Suggestions.  The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected from in-depth interviews with 5 key-informants and analyzed by content analysis.

The results of the study found that :

            1. The state of participation of administrators, teacher and students’ parents in the Five Precepts observation promotion of Wat Tawanrueang School students under Office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at a high level overall. In details, the highest level was on abstaining from intoxications, followed by abstaining from adultery, from stealing, from killing, and from telling a lie respectively.

            2. Guidelines of participation of administrators, teacher and students’ parents in the Five Precepts observation promotion, policy and practice guideline should be started with finding the reasons why students did not want to observe the Five Precepts, brainstorm for finding a suitable way to put policy into practice, and administrators, teachers, students and students’ parents participate cultural and festival activities arranged in school.

            3. The proposed guidelines of participation of administrators, teacher and students’ parents in the Five Precepts observation promotion were that; model practice is the best encouragement. The guideline of the Five Precepts observation is; 1) to avoid evils, 2) to do good, and 3) to purify the mind.

            Suggestion; duty performance of administrators, teachers and parents is important to the trust and respect of students. They all should behave and perform their duty completely, and that can be the way to promote the Five Precepts observation in school effectively.
