The research objective were; 1) to study the current state of environmental administration of schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) to study the guideline of environmental administration based on principles of Sappãya 7 of School Under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 3) to propose the guideline of environmental administration based on principles of Sappãya 7 of School Under Pathumthani Service Primary Educational Area Office 1 The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The data were collected from 331 teachers under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by questionnaires and by in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed by mean, frequency Percentage and content analysis.
The results of the study found that:
1. The current state of environmental administration of schools under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at the high level overall. In aspect, the minimum level was on Administration; 1) administrators, teachers and personnel in schools improved the course curriculum, local course curriculum and measurement and evaluation continuously, In physical administration; 2) administrators produced a manual of building utility, laboratory, road, building steps and fire exit, In academic administration; administrators supported teachers in using variety of media in their teaching.
2. guideline of environmental administration based on principles of Sappãya 7 of School Under Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were that; In administration, 1) administrators, teachers and personnel of schools should cooperate to improve curriculum, build learning sources and support with budget, 2) administrators, teachers and personnel of schools should build network with other schools, students’ parents and communities, 3) administrators, teachers and personnel of schools should have meetings, make action plans and action schedules. In physical administration, 1) administrators, teachers and personnel of schools should survey risk area in schools and make improvement, 2) administrators, teachers and personnel of schools should make manuals concerning signs and safety in schools, and 3) administrators should encourage teachers to express their opinion, knowledge and work on the boards or signs, In academic administration, 1) administrators should give support to teachers in producing teaching media relevant to course contents, 2) Outside speakers or experts should be invited in giving knowledge in teaching and learning management to teachers, and 3) teachers should have training and workshop in teaching and learning management.
