The objectives of this thesis were to study the conditions of English learning management based on The Four Noble Truths for secondary school students under the Office of Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2, to analyze the conditions of the English learning management based on The Four Noble Truths for secondary school students under the Office of Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2, and to present a guideline of English learning management based on The Four Noble Truths for secondary school students under the Office of Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2. The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The data were collected from 285 samples through questionnaires and in-depth interviews and then analyzed by mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
The results showed that:
1. The opinion on the conditions of English learning management based on The Four Noble Truths for secondary school students under the Office of Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at the high level overall.
2. From the analysis of English learning management based on The Four Noble Truths for secondary school students under the Office of Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2, directors and teachers needed to know about problems of English learning management and adjust the course contents suitable to abilities of teachers and learners for effective learning.
3. The guideline of English learning management based on The Four Noble Truths for secondary school students under the Office of Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area 2 was that when directors and teachers had solved the problems, effective English learning management could be achieved.
