The objectives of this research were 1) to study the establishment of educational welfare fund of Sangha administrators in Tharuea district, Ayutthaya province, 2) to compare the establishment of educational welfare fund of Sangha administrators in Tharuea district, Ayutthaya province, classified by personal factors and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions about the establishment of educational welfare fund of Sangha administrators in Tharuea district, Ayutthaya province.

This research was the was the mixed method research between the quantitative research that the  sampling group was the 352 people with reliance as 95 percent. The tool for data collection was used by the opened and closed questionnaires. The statistics used the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation(S.D.) and tested hypothesis from the person data of respondents of questionnaires such as gender, age, level of education careers, and income, T-test, F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance least Significant Difference : LSD and the qualitative research through in depth interview from 7 key informants of the tool of research as the structured interview and the data analysis was used by interview as the tool and then analyzed the data through the descriptive analysis technique.

The findings of the research as follows :

1) The opinions of students to the establishment of educational welfare fund of Sangha administrators in Tharuea district, Ayutthaya province, in overall , was the high level with an average and deviation scale at (X=4.04, when considered in each aspect found that the scholarship support aspect, educational equipment support aspect and educational promotion and development aspect in overall it was at high level in all aspects.

2) The findings of opinions of students to the establishment of educational welfare fund of Sangha administrators in Tharuea district, Ayutthaya province, classified by personal factors , found that the sex, age, and education are indifferent. It rejected the hypothesis.

3) The problems, obstacles and suggestions to the scholarship support aspect, to present the scholarship to the poor students, lack of scholarship seriously due to insufficient budget. The educational equipment support aspect , the support of educational equipment insufficiently, to help the modern equipment to the demand due to inefficient budget. For the educational promotion and development lacks of promotion and development of educational institutions near the temple, lack of modern educational equipment and lack of budgetary support from other agencies. The suggestions : such as  (1) The scholarship support aspect, should find out the scholarship for the poor students, should have the educational support seriously, should allocate the enough budget. (2) The educational equipment support aspect, should have the support enough educational equipment, should find out the modern educational equipment sufficiently, should allocate budget sufficiently. (3) The educational promotion and development aspect, should support and develop the educational institutions near the temple, should allocate the modern educational equipment sufficiently , should open the opportunity to agencies to participate for budgetary support.
