The objectives of research Paper were 1. to study Buddhism propagation by radio media of Dhammarangsee temple, Samroiyod district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, 2. to compare the opinion of the people to Buddhism propagation by radio media of Dhammarangsee temple, Samroiyod district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, classified by personal data, and 3. to study the problem, obstacle and suggestion for Buddhism propagation by radio media of Dhammarangsee temple, Samroiyod district, Prachuap-khirikhan province. The research methodology was the mixed method research,that the quantitative research used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 390 people who are domiciled in the broadcasting area are most likely to transmit radio broadcasts, “Sangdhammarangsee”. The statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference: LSD. and the qualitative research had the documentary analysis and interview as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 12 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.

             The findings of this research were as following :

             1. Buddhism propagation by radio media of Dhammarangsee temple, Samroiyod district, Prachuapkhirikhan province in overall found that were high level with mean 4.41 when considered in each side found the highest 2 sides, that were the senders side, and the message side were at high at mean of 4.45, the second rank was the channels side was at high at mean of 4.40, and the lowest was the receivers side was at high at mean of 4.36.

             2. The comparison for opinion of the people to Buddhism propagation by radio media of Dhammarangsee temple, Samroiyod district, Prachuapkhirikhan province classified by personal data (sex, age, education, listening habits) found that age and education had the significantly at 0.01, the hypothesis was accepted. Those personal statuses were not different.

             3. The problems and obstacles of Buddhism propagation by radio media of Dhammarangsee temple, Samroiyod district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, as following; lacked of radio hosts, some monks lacked of correctly Thai language usage skill, limited broadcast time, no release on other channels, lack of demand of the audience. And, the suggestions for Buddhism propagation by radio media of Dhammarangsee temple, Samroiyod district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, as following ; should be provided to educate the science of media for monks and novices to be able to develop themselves as broadcasters of the Dhamma, to increase the numbers of radio hosts, should integration  of the model for the radio broadcast by presenting Dhamma integrating interestingly to all kinds of audiences, should be added the other channels in communication like radio broadcast through the mobile phone as the short message system (SMS) or Application Line or Face Book Fan page etc., and should promote the participation of audiences in Buddhism propagation by radio broadcast, to set up the fan club, to have the representative of the audiences of the programme for giving the opinions about the programme and have the duty to check the demand of all groups of audiences.
