The objectives of research were 1) to study the state of education quality development of Phuttharangsiphithayalay school at Watratburana (Royal Temple) Langsuan district , Chumphon province, 2) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions for the state of education quality development of Phuttharangsiphithayalay school at Watratburana (Royal Temple) Langsuan district, Chumphon province. It was the mixed research method that the quantitative research used the research survey through questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 72 persons and the qualitative research used the in depth interview as the tool to collect the data from 18 key informants to support the quantitative research.
The findings of research were as follows:
1) The state of education quality development of Phuttharangsiphithayalay school at Watratburana (Royal Temple) Langsuan district, Chumphon province, overall, was in the high level (μ = 4.13, 𝝈. = 0.424). When considered in each aspect, found that the level of the state of education quality development of Phuttharangsiphithayalay school at Watratburana (Royal Temple) Langsuan district, Chumphon province such as the development of quality students was at high level (μ = 4.08, 𝝈 = 0.554), the development of teachers and educational personnel was also high level. (μ = 4.26, = 𝝈 0.492), the development of information technology for education was at high level (μ = 4.01, 𝝈 = 0.560), the educational system that affects the quality of education was at high level (μ = 4.11, 𝝈 = 0.588), Strengthening the School was also high level (μ = 4.15, 𝝈 = 0.603), Promoting participation from all sectors of society, was at high level (μ = 4.19, 𝝈 = 0.424).
2) Problems, obstacles, and suggestions to the the state of education quality development of Phuttharangsiphithayalay school at Watratburana (Royal Temple) Langsuan district, Chumphon province : (1) The quality of learners : the executives and personnel of Phuttharangsiphithayalay school has a meeting every month to lay a policy framework for teaching. To know the living conditions of schools and students. To teach the course to prevent problems. For problems and obstacles to quality development, students have the skills to self-study, love to learn and develop themselves continuously. (2) The quality development of teachers and educational personnel, teachers have learned teaching techniques. But most of them use the equipment as they have. The process of teaching students is not as good as it should be. The teachers should understand the concept about students can create their own knowledge by linking own existing knowledge with the implementation of various activities. Teachers should adopt this concept to develop a learning activity plan to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills. (3) The information technology development for education, the teachers must have good communication skills. For example, the choice of technology, media and presentation and the environment is conducive to learning. For problems and obstacles are the teachers must have good knowledge and skills in teaching. If you do not know the truth in teaching, then it is difficult to teach students to have the knowledge in the subject matter. (4) The educational system that affects the quality of education, the educational institutions provide assessment of learning, developing local curriculum to suit learners and local students demand. Problems, Obstacles and Suggestions have variety of activities for teaching and learning activities. Most of the students participate in the every time and prefer to study outside sources because they do not want to attend regular classes. (5) Strengthening the educational institutions, the board of education held a regular meeting to develop education and find the resources in the community and wisdom of the villagers for the participation of education development. For problems, obstacles and suggestions are the educational institutions should have a comprehensive organization / structure and administration to achieve their educational goals. (6) The participative promotion from all sectors of society like local administration, community, parents, co-operative support the school as well. For problems and obstacles should support the participative promotion between educational institution and guardians and community by having the public relations about schools activities for the guardian and community people to know continuously in variety forms.
