The objectives of research paper were (1) to study education quality of students of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university, Ratchaburi Buddhist college, and (2) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestion for development of education quality of students of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university, Ratchaburi Buddhist college. The research methodology was the mixed method research, that the quantitative research used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 85 students in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university, Ratchaburi Buddhist college, the statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, sigma and the qualitative research had the documentary analysis and interview as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 12 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.
The findings of this research were as following :
1. Education quality of students of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university, Ratchaburi Buddhist college, overall was found in high level with average at mean of 3.97, when considering the aspect found that in high level all aspect, the aspects that has the most value include the Morality and ethics aspect at mean of 4.07, the aspects with the lowest mean include the Knowledge development aspect, and the mathematical analytical thinking, communication skills, and information technology skills aspect at mean of 3.89.
2. The problems and obstacles for development of education quality of students of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university, Ratchaburi Buddhist college, as following; some students have no responsibility for their duties, some students lack the confidence in academic expression, studying outside is less, no student organization responsible for coordinating the activities, some students are weak in analysis mathematical analytical thinking. And, the suggestion for development of education quality of students of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya university, Ratchaburi Buddhist college, as following ; should invite people who are ethical and moral model to be the special guest speaker at the right opportunity, should be focus on lectures that reinforce responsibility for learners, should make a research guide for learning resources for learners, should encourage learners to show more academic expression, should invite external luminaries to co-teach, should arrange field trips on an annual basis, should be taught that promotes teamwork, should establish a student organization, should develop the Internet. And, should made preparatory activities for students, focus on mathematical analytical thinking skills.
