The objectives of research paper were: (1) to study Sangha administration according to Brahmaviharā of Sangha administrators in Bangkhonthi district, Samutsongkham province, (2) to compare the opinion of monks toward Sangha administration according to Brahmaviharā of Sangha administrators in Bangkhonthi district, Samutsongkham province, classified by personal data, and (3) to study the problem, obstacle and suggestion for support Sangha administration according to Brahmaviharā of Sangha administrators in Bangkhonthi district, Samutsongkham province. The research methodology was the mixed method research, that the quantitative research used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 136 monks in Bangkhonthi district, Samutsongkham province. The statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance. And the qualitative research had the documentary analysis and interview as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 12 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.
The findings of this research were as following :
1. The Sangha administration according to Brahmaviharā of Sangha administrators in Bangkhonthi district, overall, that in high at mean of 4.94, when considering the aspect found that in high level all aspect. The aspects that had the most value include the aspect of Upegkha, high level at mean of 4.05. The aspects with the lowest mean include the aspect of Karana, high level at mean of 3.87.
2. The comparison of opinion monks toward Sangha administration according to Brahmaviharā of Sangha administrators in Bangkhonthi district, Samutsongkham province, classified by personal data, found that position, age, years of being monk and general education were not different. The hypothesis wasn't accepted.
3. The suggestion for support Sangha administration according to Brahmaviharā of Sangha administrators in Bangkhonthi district, Samutsongkham province, as following ;
3.1 Metta; the supervisors should give subordinates kindness and love equally.
3.2 Karana; abbots should announce to the monks and novices about the scope and terms of the allocation of welfare.
3.3 Mudita; the harm to personnel should be fairly and equal on all parts, should not split the party.
3.4 Upegkha; when this happened, the abbots should be neutral to the conflict, not favor either party.
