The objectives of research Paper were: (1) to study the efficiency of Dhamma education management in secondary school, Hua-Hin district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, (2) to compare the opinions of the students to efficiency of Dhamma education management in secondary school, Hua-Hin district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, classified by personal data, and (3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for efficiency of Dhamma education management in secondary school, Hua-Hin district, Prachuapkhirikhan province. The research methodology was the mixed method research, that the quantitative research used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 282 students in secondary school, Hua-Hin district, Prachuapkhirikhan province. The statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference: LSD. And the qualitative research had the documentary analysis and interview as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 12 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.
The findings of this research were as following :
1. Efficiency of Dhamma education management in secondary schools, Hua-Hin district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, Overall, was in high at mean of 3.97, When considering the aspect found that in high level all aspect, the aspect that has the most value including the teacher aspect at mean of 4.16, the aspect with the lowest mean including the instruction media aspect at mean of 3.77
2. The comparison for opinions of the students to efficiency of Dhamma education management in secondary school, Hua-Hin district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, classified by personal data (sex, age, education level, Dhamma education level) found that age and education had the significantly at 0.01. The hypothesis was accepted. Those personal statuses were not different.
3. The suggestions for efficiency of Dhamma education management in secondary schools, Hua-Hin district, Prachuapkhirikhan province, as following : should encourage teaching and learning that emphasize the learners, should encourage the Dhamma education teachers to develop teaching methods, should set classroom to the number of participants, should encourage the peace and the atmosphere outside the classroom, should encourage to document concludes for students, should encourage to provide more knowledge for the students who are interested, should promote the assessment and evaluation of the test in the classroom, and should encourage the continues assessment and evaluation.
