The objectives of this research were 1) to study morality and ethical promotion and educational institutions in Prachuapkhirikhan province 2) to study the problems obstacles and suggestions for the roles of morality and ethical promotion of seeds group of wisdom in educational institutions in Prachuapkhirikhan province 3) to study principle of morality and ethical promotion of seeds group of wisdom in educational institutions in prachuapkhirikhan province. This research was quality research by using in depth interview with 20 key informants, the researcher identified the population and informants from 9 schools. The key informants were administrators, 9 students, 2 lecturers from morality and ethical promotion of seeds group of wisdom, The researchers analyzed data analysis of the interviews of key informants for the purposes of research. Using content analysis technique , synthesize data according to research objectives and the presentation.
The findings of this research were as follows:
Promotion of morality and ethical of a seeds group of wisdoms in educational institutions in Prachuapkhirikhan province. For moral and ethical promotion of educational institutions in Prachuapkhirikhan province, it is the criteria that all schools should be. However, when considering in each aspect, it is found that the problems that are important in promoting moral and ethical at schools, are found in three aspects as follows: 1) the content of the lesson is not consistent with the normal course of the learner. 2) the personnel involved in promoting ethical directly can not recommend the lesson. 3) the social stream that causes youth to reduce their interest in ethical.
When the seeds group of wisdom, the religious group, was set up by the idea is to use their knowledge, ability to work for society by propaganda. The project was jointly organized with the school to promote the moral and ethical of youths. It cultivates new concepts and perspectives through the process of displaying religious literature to reflect the dharma close in the dimension of youths. The management model was based on Bertha's communication theory as a comparative knowledge. The lectures of the seeds group of wisdom used the Buddha’s story sermon in the school, which the key informants had to adapt to the modern and increased the atmosphere and created the atmosphere. It is a component to the youth to absorb the emotional atmosphere, to keep in memory and to participate in the capture of the area, and to propose that there should be.
The principle of promoting the morality and ethical of the seeds of wisdom in educational institutions in Prachuapkhirikhan Province is that the youth believe in their missionary work to be aware of their basic potential, consisting of morality. To encourage youth to have the concept of youthful adolescence to be right in the way of the righteous to be in the age of seeking the meaning of life. By the way, the species of seeds group of wisdom emphasized that. "When the youth think correctly. It's life. When the youth think. Life is right, do not teach anything. Let’s just have a good subconscious. "So, then, the seed group of Wisdom wanted to be a medium of religious organizations and educational institutions, giving the dimension of easy access between Dharma and youth.
