The main three purposes of this thesis were 1) to study the process of sustained community economic development of government and people in Krathum Lom, Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom, 2) to study process of collaborative network establishing by government and people sectors in order to move the community economic development goals people in Krathum Lom, Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom, and 3) to analyze establishing collaborative network for sustained community economic development of government and people in Krathum Lom, Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom.

              Mixed methodology research was processed with quantitative research and survey research. The samples were 394 people from people in community, authorities from government sectors and private sector in Krathum Lom, Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom. The random sampling was followed  Taro Yamane.  The collected data was analyzed with statistic program for sociological research  by mean, standard deviation.  for qualitative research, data were collected from key informants through In – depth interview. contenst analysis was for employed the data analysis.

The results were found that

1.      The process of sustained community economic development of government and people in Krathum Lom, Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom was found that 4 overall aspects were at high level (mean = 3.72). When considering in each aspect, It showed that Economic extension, Income distribution, Social welfare and Environment quality were at all high level.

2.      The process of collaborative network establishing by government and people sectors in order to move the community economic development goals people in Krathum Lom, Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom was found that 4 overall aspect were at high level. When considering in each aspect, It showed that collaboration planning, collaboration encouragement, collaboration connection and mobilizing collaboration were at all high level.

3.      After analysis of establishing collaborative network for sustainable community economic development of government and people in Krathum Lom, Sam Phran, Nakhon Pathom. Due to economic growth, urban extension, community area was used a lot. It caused community and regular lifestyle change. Inequality of income distribution was occurred. People changed job to be in industrial occupation increasingly. Therefore, it should be promoted on collaboration between people and government sectors to promote occupation, Government office should make community meeting every month to plan the goals and strategies together, push people forward to aware of collaboration to find the guidelines, improvement on sustainable economic community development.
