The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to study on administration for social development development in Saikhaw sub-district, administrative organization, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province, 2)  to study on suggestion for guideline in promotion in administration of social development in Saikhaw sub-district administrative organization, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. This is mixed method research; quantitative and qualitative research. The instrument for this research was questionnaire. The statistics for this research is frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, The population were composed of people who live in Saikhaw sub-district administrative organization, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province for 7,805 persons. Sample size by Krejcie and Morgan’s table measurement. The samples were about 364 persons for quantitative research and the qualitative research was in depth interview and key informants for 12 persons with content analysis techniques focused on suggestion in guideline for promotion in administration of social development in Saikhaw sub-district administrative organization, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in 5 domains i.e. 1) Infra- structure development domain. 2) Economic, social and human resource development domain. 3) Administration and city development domain. 4) Public health development domain. 5) Environment and natural resource development domain.

The findings were as follows:

1. The administration for social development of Saikhaw sub-district administrative organization, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province found that by overview was at moderate level ( =3.35) when considered in each domain from more to less found that infra- structure development domain was the highest mean ( =3.43) and followed up Environment and natural resource development domain ( =3.41), administration and city development domain ( =3.34), economic, social and human resource development domain ( =3.31) and public health development domain was the lowest mean ( =3.25) when classified in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education and occupations found that by overview was at moderate level.

2. The suggestion for guideline in promotion of administration for social development in Saikhaw sub-district administration for social development in Saikhaw sub-district administrative organization, Huasai district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province found that infra-structure domain; there should improve road for proper use throughout water supply should be safe and good quality. Economic, social and human resource development domain; there should promote for setting the career group and educational fund, to bring Buddhist teaching for people training. Administration and city development domain; there should promote for self management village, to be awareness of democracy providing. Public health development domain; there should have medical check up to elders, to be awareness on disease protection. Environment and natural resource development domain; there should keep clean on the side way and to be separated for garbage in toxic and recycle
