The objectives of this research were as  follows: 1) to study of role on social development of Tambol Bangjak municipality,Nakhon Si Thammarat province, 2) to compare the role of social development of Tambol Bangjak municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of personal factors as differently, and 3) to study the suggestions on the guidline to promote the role on social development of Tambol Bangjak municipality,  Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The population  for this research were people in the area of Tambol Bangjak municipality,  Nakhon Si Thammarat province for 1,870 persons, sample size according to Krejcie and Morgan’s table measurement, the samples were about 320 persons, The instrument for data collection was questionnaire both closed and open ended questions, data analysis by package computer program. The statistics was applied as follow; for the personal factors were analysed as follows; percentage and others; mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, LSD and one way ANOVA.

The findings were as follows:

1. The role on social development of of Tambol Bangjak municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overview was at moderate level for all aspects. ( =3.37) the aspect of good idol was at more level (  =3.09) when considered in each aspect from more to less found that the aspect of people development for taking benefit in the free time was the highest mean ( =3.34) and followed up the aspect of promotion of education and culture ( =3.11) the aspect of promotion of public health ( =3.10) the aspect of environment improvement ( =3.01) and the aspect of addition of production, income and decreasing of purchasing was the lowest mean    ( =2.89) when classified in terms of sex, age, degrees of education, occupations and monthly incomes found that the role om social development of Tambol Bangjak municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overview was  at moderate level.

2. The comparative on social development of Tambol Bangjak municipality in terms of sex, age, degree of education, occupation and monthly income found that in terms of age and monthly income there were different as statistically significance at .05 but in terms of sex, degree of education and occupation found that there were not different.

3. The suggestions on guidline to promote on social development, Tambol Bangjak municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat province found that there should provide to improve for environment and to have staff for collecting garbage in every week for healthty of community, there should promote on importance of natural resource conservation and environment further more, there should promote the youth and people for showing on their abilities throughout helping in protection of drug in community.
