The research title on “A study on the role for management of integral community health in Banbosai health promothig, Papayom district, Patthalung proving” aims as follows; To study on the role for management of integral community health in Banbosai, Papayom district, Patthalung province and the guideline in development of role for management of integral community health in Banbosai, Papayom district, Patthalung province. This research is qualitative research, data collection from key informants for 27 persons purposive sampling was used for 22 persons which are composed of heads od Banbosai health promoting hospital, public health volunteers, community leaders, monks, teachers, aging groups, and accidental random sampling key informants for 5 persons; people who came as recipients at Banbosai health promoting hospital, Papayom district, Patthalung province. The instrument for data collection was questionnaire as semi –structure, tape recorder and documents, data analysis with content analysis. The bindings according to objective can be summarized as bellows.
The findings were as follows
1. The role for management of integral community health in Banbosai, Papayom district, Patthalung province; there are five domains i.e. 1) The role on health promotion; there have promote on exercise of people and nutrition with main principles i.e. 3 A. 2 s. and to promote people for doing good in temple, nutrition food carrier, reduce of sweet good and salty, to have activity for Dhamma practice Project co-operated with others in the area. 2) The role on protection and control decease, there were procedure protection before decease occurring and control after decease occurring which are co-operated with networking integration of public health volunteers as the main for community co-operation and decease investigative fast mobil unit (SRRT) team in the area. 3) The role in curative care of Banbosai health promoting hospital, there have a primary curation to patients by professional nurse and refer of emergency case to Papayom hospital with hot line 1669 which is the emergency service unit with good nursing care training in primary. 4) The role on rehabilitative care, there have followed the out patient after curation with care giver team, followed patients and helping for rehabilitation and can work properly and 5) The role on consumer protection; to be worked for random sampling of enterprising and food on foot path for checking by co – operation with district public health and village volunteers and training of enterprising.
2. The guideline for role devilment in five domains, 1) Health promotion domain; there should survey of people’s need and to have project according to people’s need throughout campaign of variety of health promotion. 2) Protection and control of decease domain; the hospital should have co – operative with others as efficiently with high technology for inform news in receiving informative as soon. 3) curative care domain; the hospital should request for the lack of specific personal throughout budget for constructive of building and buying the hard materials in necessary as enough to service providing. 4) Rehabilitative care domain; there should have more training in competency with networking for rehabilitation care of patients as coverage and more quality and 5) consumer protection domain; the hospital should have more training of consumer networking i.e. village volunteers group, mini-organization of food and drug, community leader group house holder group. The government officers who can understand and checking health products and there should have on survey of enterprising in community, productive checking as coverage as the present for the reality of information as more and more in properly adjustment.
