The Guideline for Development in Personnel Administration in Accordance with Brahmavihara 4 of Administrators in Primary Schools Bangkae District of the Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

The main objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current situation, problems and obstacles of personnel administration of primary school administrators in Bangkae District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and 2) To study comparison opinion the guideline for development in personnel administration in accordance with Brahmavihara 4 of administrators in primary schools Bangkae District of the Bangkok Metropolitan. 3) To present guidelines for the development of personnel administration according to Brahmavihara 4 principles of primary school administrators in Bangkae District, Bangkok. It was a survey research together with In-depth Interview, which was a mixed methodology research between quantitative and qualitative research, then data was collected by using questionnaires with a sample group of teachers in Bangkae Primary School under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan in the amount of 217 persons which were derived from purposive sampling. The implements were used to collect data means a questionnaire, statistical analysis, ifrequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.) and using t-test. One-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA)

 

             

 

                  The results were found that:

              1. The opinions on development of personnel administration according to Brahmavihan 4 principles of the primary school administrators in Bangkae District, Bangkok metropolitan administration, found that by overall was at a high level. And every aspect at a high level

                  2. The comparison level of opinion towards the level towards the development of personnel administration according to Brahmavihara 4 principles of primary school administrators in Bangkae District, Bangkok. Classification by personal factors were found that, teachers with different gender, age and work experience had different opinions on the development of personnel administration according to Brahmavihara 4 principles. With statistical significance at the level of 0.05, while teachers with different educational levels had different opinions on the development of personnel administration according to Brahmavihara 4 principles, by overall, no different

                  3. The suggestions on the development of personnel management according to Brahmavihan 4 principles of the primary school administrators in BangKhae District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration found that, school administrators should explain various information with courtesy. They always show the kindness of the people and should give love to the people in the organization will make personnel faith in the management what policy do executives think of personnel who receive love and compassion. They will join together to create a full dream together, helping should be provided to help co-workers who were in trouble. They should acted with helpful advice and should always forgive when there were a mistake in working together, they should be congratulated when the subordinates experience happiness, progress in their career or fortune. Promotion Salary promotion and join other important events regardless merit Child's wedding relatives, friends colleagues. Therefore, they should work by adhering to rules performance considerations by placing himself always neutral and must not be discriminated against had not inclined to favor one party to lose rule.
