This research was the aims 1. To studyan an Approach academic affairs Administration an according to Sangahavatthu 4 of Primary Schools’ teachers in Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakan Province. 2. To present an approach academic affairs administration an according to Sangahavatthu 4. The sample sizes for this research corrected by Simple Random Sampling from populations were 229 persons. The statistics for research as namely Frequency, Percent, Mean, Standard Deviation, t–test, analyze for One–way ANOVA.

Result had found that

1.The study had found that, an approach academic affairs administration an according to Sangahavatthu 4 of Primary Schools’ teachers in Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakan Province. Found that, for 4 parts by over all had more revel. And then when consider each one pound that, they were the most revel by average. They were by order from the most to less as namely, for part 1 useful conduct, for part 2 for equal treatment, for part 3 giving, and for part 4 kindly speech in order.

2. The Suggestion from research had found that, an approach academic affairs administration an according to Sangahavatthu 4 of Primary Schools’ teachers. The less part was for kindly speech, administrator should praise and admire teachers who got academic succeedful. By integration with Sangahavatthu 4cfor moral to create and good encouragement future.
