The aims of this research were: 1) to study the conditions of information technology use in learning management in the course ‘Buddhism’ of teachers in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 19; 2) to evaluate the conditions of information technology use in learning management in the course ‘Buddhism’ of the teachers. This study was a survey research conducted with 183 teachers in the course ‘Buddhism’ in Nong Bua Lamphu province. The sample size was set based on Tora Yamane method. The research tool was a questionnaire and the obtained data were analyzed by the following statistics: Frequency, Percentage, Standard Deviation and Content Analysis.
The research results were as follows:
1) The statistic scores of the conditions of information technology use in learning management in the course ‘Buddhism’ of teachers in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 19 in both overall and each studied aspect were at a high level.
2) The statistic scores of the evaluation of the conditions of information technology use in learning management in the course ‘Buddhism’ of teachers in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 19 in both overall and each studied aspect were at a high level. The highest score can be seen in the aspect of ‘Usage’, followed by ‘Problems in Learning Management’. The scores of ‘Conditions of Information Technology Use in Learning Management’ and ‘Problems in Learning Management’ in overall and each aspect perspectives were at a high level.
